Heathen Temple Return Policy

At Heathen Temple, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy for guidance on how to handle returns.

Eligible Returns:

  • Defective Items: Claims for defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
  • Incorrect Items and Sizes: Claims for incorrect items or wrong sizes must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
  • Damaged Items: Claims for items that arrive damaged must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
  • Lost in Transit: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included with your return.

Return Process:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team at heathentemplerites@gmail.com to submit a problem report. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any necessary photos of the defective, incorrect, or damaged item(s).
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item(s).
  3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the proof of purchase. Use the return address provided by our customer service team. If the address provided is insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
  4. Automated Notification: Once we receive a returned shipment at our facility, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Refunds and Replacements:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If you receive a replacement, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Additional Information:

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Returns for face masks and other sealed goods are not accepted due to health and hygiene reasons.

Notification for EU Consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
